What is Wedding Dress Preservation?
Wedding gown preservation is a three-part process that ensures your gown is there for future generations. Essentially it consists of professional cleaning, hand finishing, and storage box preservation. For more information visit our Wedding Dress Preservation Process.
How do I get my dress to you?
We offer two options. Drop into Monkstown, Lucan or Clonsilla stores or avail of our Collection & Delivery Service.
Drop In:
Simply bring your wedding dress with you, ideally in its bridal cover, along with any accessories you may have. There is no extra charge for veils or sashes.
Collect & Deliver:
We work with DPD couriers, the best in their field for precious garment transportation.
Book Collection: To book this service, please go to our Booking Form where after completion you will asked for a booking deposit of €50, payable via PayPal.  Once received we will be in contact to arrange collection.
Care: Please place your dress in a clean, suitable box, secure with tape and write our address clearly on the front of the box.
Collection: On arrival, our courier company will scan your order and issue you a consignment number. If you wish, you can avail of our free email notification and pre-alert, two-hour delivery window. You will then be able to track and trace the location of your order at any time using the couriers website. 
Cost nationwide: The cost for the courier service nationwide is €25 each way, which will be added on to your order.
Cost Dublin: If you live in Dublin the courier service is free. 
Insurance: Our Courier partners also offer insurance against loss or damage by the courier company itself up to a value of €5,000 for the payment of an additional premium. Please let us know if you would like to opt for this insurance at booking stage. 

Our Process:
Once we have had time to assess your wedding dress, we will contact you to discuss the most suitable method for cleaning your wedding dress and a price for cleaning & preservation if required.  Afterwards, we always contact our customers to discuss the result of the cleaning process. Similarly, if your dress is being delivered back to you, when you are in receipt of your delivery, we ask that you immediately remove your order from its packaging in order to inspect and confirm its safe arrival with you.

How much does it cost? 
Wedding Dress Dry Cleaning costs on average between €120 and €170, as the price depends on the fabric, beading and degree of soiling on the dress; the more detailed the dress, the more it will cost.  If you would like to avail of our preservation service, it will cost an additional €75.

How long does it take?
Typically up to 4 weeks, however we do offer an express service, which would incur an additional charge. Please ask.
